Strategically located in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, High Trenhouse is less than 2 hour’s drive from Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle, with good train and air access from the rest of the UK and beyond.

Feel your cares fall away and the world slow down as you leave behind the motorways and cities. At the end of your journey you are on single track roads with sheep for company until you arrive at the oasis that is High Trenhouse. Unless you know the road, we recommend you avoid arriving in darkness or on winter mornings. If you are not confident please give us a call before leaving the main road.

by car

High Trenhouse is located north of M62, midway between M1 and M6 and only a short drive from either through beautiful countryside.
General Maps and Directions can be seen at Google Maps. For detailed directions use the AA’s routeplanner with ‘High Trenhouse’ as your destination. However you should use our directions from Skipton or Settle, for the last stage of the journey as SatNav is not reliable on Malham Moor (and mobile phones may not work).

Also note that our Grid Reference is SD878665 or if using What3words use edits.inflating.soil.
