Create a wholesome post-pandemic Society’ using the Useful and Kind Unlimited’s SOW Model.
We will explore how to balance being both Useful (utility) and Kind (compassion, generosity, altruism, social action) using U&K’s SOW model. This explores how the relationships between being Useful and Kind to Self, Others (the easy, the less so, teams) and the World.
This will help us to find balance and wholesomeness as we come out of the pandemic and effectively refresh, renew, reinvigorate our own purpose, agency and role in creating the new.

Duncan Fraser
After 20 years in the arts (artistic director Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Society and CEO the Harbourside Centre) Duncan retrained as a therapeutic coach working with CEOs and Directors in Civic Society. He is the founding director of the Mindful leadership Foundation and more recently founded the charity Useful and Kind Unlimited which aims to develop Useful and Kind (prosocial) behaviour and leadership, especially with and for young people. It runs summer schools (when there is no Covid) and will be launching a Quality Mark for Schools in 2021.
